Reverend Doctor Wendy A. Mason-Harris

Reverend Wendy Mason-Harris is a native of Atlantic City, New Jersey.  She is the sixth of eight children born to Mrs. Fannie M. Mason.  Rev. Mason-Harris was educated in the Atlantic City Public School system. She furthered her education graduating from Atlantic Cape Community College with an associate degree in therapeutic recreation and continuing on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree from Kean University.  Wendy pursued and obtained certification in the airline industry at Southeastern Academy in Orlando, Florida.  Later she returned to school to capture a Master of Science degree from Walden University as a reading specialist.  In September of 2015, Rev. Mason-Harris celebrated receiving a Doctor of Education degree from Walden University in educational leadership. 

 

Rev. Dr. Mason-Harris has also been licensed and ordained in the African Methodist Episcopal Church as an Itinerant Elder for the past 36 years. Rev Mason served at the St. James AME Church in Atlantic City, New Jersey for over 20 years as the Director of the Generations of the Spirit Choir and the Young People’s Choir as well as an associate minister under the tutelage of the late Rev. Horace E. Burton. She has been the Servant Leader of Saint James African Methodist Episcopal Church in Mays Landing, New Jersey, for 17 years, where the spirit of the Lord moves greatly. 

 

She has been blessed to receive commendations and awards such as; the “Outstanding Young Women of America” award, the “Teacher of the Year” Award, recipient of Zeta Phi Beta’s “Service Award”, recipient of Outstanding Pastor Award, Mays Landing Community Service Award, State NAACP Service Award, and the Mainland/Pleasantville NAACP Freedom Fund Award in Education.

A few of her accomplishments include “Women at the Well” Conference Speaker, 2012 Multi-Cultural Celebration Parade participant, and a recent PBS Christmas special appearance with singing sensation “Straight No Chaser”. Rev. Dr. Mason has recorded with recording artists including New John Howard Gospel Caravan of New Jersey, the Harlem Gospel Singers of New York City, and the Voices of Praise, of Los Angeles, California.  She has traveled extensively throughout the United States and abroad spreading the gospel in both word and song.  Rev. Dr. Mason-Harris has also been featured in several Off-Broadway Productions including “Yes God is Real”, “If Only for You”, and “Why Am I Still Holding On?”, and performed at the famous New York “Apollo” and “Aronow” Theatres. Rev. Dr. Wendy Mason-Harris is married to Rev. Eugene M. Harris, Sr. and resides in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. 

Tameca DeVant

Tameca DeVant

A native of Los Angeles Ca. She has been singing since the age of 4 and acting and dancing since the age of 6. Tameca has performed in many venues, and in 2010 was chosen as one of five-featured artist out of 150 to sing at Knotts Berry Farm for the 10th annual KJLH Gospel Showcase. Tameca has performed in many musical Productions, such as “A  Taste of Life”, “Mama Tell Me Why” and Boomers just to  name a few. Tameca started Destined For Purpose Production in 2011 with the vision of helping beginning, intermediate and advanced performing artist further their career, by providing opportunities of liturgical theater, dance, vocal and musical training.

In 2014 Tameca added writer and producer to her resume with stage plays, “A Love You Never Knew” and “The Family Secret” in 2016. God has blessed her with an amazing, very supportive husband, two beautiful children and an awesome family and great friends to extend their love and support.

You can expect great things from this talented woman of God.

 

Tim Butler

One of Chicago's Greatest and upcoming artist in the industry, Tim Butler's smooth style of new age gospel he's calling "Life Music" will captivate you offerring a worship experience you'll never forget.  Through God's guidance, his goal is to bring more souls to Christ through songs that everyone can relate to.  Tim quotes "It's not just about the soulful sound and great harmonies.  When I sing I want people to feel God and be changed as well as feel the beat and be uplifted".  

Born and raised on the south side of he city, Tim started out singing in the church at the age of three; he knew this is what he was born to do.  As the years progressed so did his gift and with the support of his loved ones, he pursued many performance oportunities like talent shows, concerts, doing commercials jingles and acting on the Chicago music theater scene.  Tim graduated from Curie H.S. of performing arts and also attended Northern Illinois University to further his music education.  He has been blessed to sing, write, and record with some of the music industry's top artists worldwide like Josh Groban, Jessie Dixon, Billy Preston, Yolanda Adams, Kim Burrell, Dorinda Clark Cole, Steve Huff, R. Kelly and many more in the Chicago-land area.  Doing the "Missing You" tour with Bad Boy's CEO, P Diddy Combs and most recently performing with Madonna at the 2015 Grammy awards are two of his most cherished memories.  Tim also had the awesome experience of being the music director for several festival tours overseas with " A Piece of My Soul" ensemble.  

Tim, now living in Los Angeles, is building his fan base by performing is own music as a solo artist everywhere while partnering with churches as a praise and worship leader.  Tim also loves to be in the studio writing, doing sessions and private vocal coaching in his spare time.  Not only is he branded as a great singer but he is establishing himself as a great leader, songwriter and vocal producer.  

Tim released his debut solo project entitled "A Better Man" in 2007 with Jamel Kimbrough and Benjamin Moore for "Keyemup music" he also released his sophomore project "Born Blessed" in Oct. 2014 and is guaranteed to touch the heart and soul!  Both projects are available on cdbaby.com  and all other digital stores.

Morris Paul Kennedy

Morris Paul Kennedy born in Atlantic City, New Jersey into the Mason, Burroughs, Farmer and Kennedy clan. Levites, (my family) who are Pastors, Musicians, Singers and servants in the House of the Lord with Love for God's people. Morris sang and played the bass guitar for many churches and various Gospel groups with his mother; Lucille Burroughs/Kennedy.

His appreciation of Music spans the horizon: P-Funk to Classicial, Gospel, Jazz to 1960/1970 classic rock and Soul. He is inspired and influenced by his cousin Harvey Mason, and brother Howard Kennedy and a host of family and friends currently performing on his most recent recording project.  

Morris’ career vocally has been birthed and groomed by His continuing studies with professional teachers: Mr. Clayton White and Ms Joy Simpson "Master Singers”, Edison High School of Philadelphia, Ms. Sherry Butler of the Clef Club, Philadelphia. Mr. Kurt Elling's Master Classes in New York City. 

Morris had the opportunity to sing with the World Renowned "Newberry Singers' in Europe for five years in Opera Houses in Spain, Concert houses in Switzerland, Austria, France, Belguim, Germany and Monte Carlo. His desire is to perform as and opening act at various Festivals throughout the world.

There was a period when Morris Paul studied acting at the Freedom Theatre and The Wilma Theatre in Philadephia. Starring in small roles until 1988 when he was selected to play a Gang leader in the Music Video by Schoolly D "Living in the Jungle".  Shown worldwide on MTV and BET.  Later that Year, Morris Paul landed a role in the Sensational Gospel Musicial "Yes, God Is Real, written by James Brown Music by Rev. Charles Lyles and Thomas Jennings. Principal Vocalists by the John Howard Caravans of Atlantic City.

For Five years, he was blessed to perform and hone his craft with some of the most talented singers and musicians in the world. This off Broadway Musicial, performed at the famous New York" Apollo Theatre" for two years, traveled to Nashville,Tn doing a brief stint on the Bobby Jones Show.
